Website Security

There are several factors you need to consider in your website security.  A lot of website security involves the computer you use for conducting your business.  Website security involves more than just protecting a few paswords.  You must consider that hackers will try to breach your website security.  This is where a good security program comese into play.  Compromises to your website security also come in the form of Adware, Malware and Spyware.  On this page we will discuss each of these risks to your website security.

ADWARE:  Adware is software with advertising functions built into the program.  Adware is usually used by the programmer as a way of recovering program development costs. In some cases this software may be provided free or at a reduced price. Someone pays the software developer to place Adware in the software program.  This income is often used by the programmer to further develop the software.  Adware can do many things to your computer.  It can monitor and track your web usage, direct pop up ads based on your surfing habits, and can be terribly annoying.  To go to our Article Library and read a short article covering Adware CLICK HERE!
